Gateway Tire & Service Center

I went to Gateway Tire & Service Center because of a slow leak in my rear passenger tire. I wasn't sure if it was a leaking valve stem, or if it was the tire itself. I wanted to see if they could maybe temporarily fix it, but found out that both back tires were worn, cracked, leaking, and before ling would be showing wires as well. They made sure that I got the best deal possible, so that I would continue to have transportation to and from work, and they even offered me perks. When I need to have the tires rotated, they will provide the service free. If the tire should have any issues, they will fix it. They even gave me a warranty on the tires. Amazing service!

Every time I go to the Gateway on Church street here in Murfreesboro, TN I am treated like family. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I love it. The staff is very friendly and polite. Thank you for taking care of my car........and keeping my expenses down

I used to live in Columbia and always had wonerful service. I thought since i always buy my tires at Gateway I would give the Gateway on Church St a try. Wow i was so glad I did . The service was great and fast. I only wanted a tire fixed but the service tech offferd to rotate and balance my tires while i was there. I hadnt thought about doing that but they said it was free and would take no time at all. Thank you for the great service.

Got my wheel alignment here and I’ve very glad I finally found a place that does proper alignments. Everywhere else I have gone there has been some issue after I leave weather pulling one way slightly or my steering wheel not being straight or uneven tire wear. But I can say everything was spot on and I appreciate the good work.

They are phenomenal! I was sent here by (Valvoline) after being told by Valvoline that my oil pan was, “severely damaged”and that it had a major leak! There was absolutely nothing wrong with my oil pan other than a very minor leak to the point it was almost undetectable! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO VALVOLINE EVER AGIN!!! Gateway Tire and Service of Murfreesboro are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and will take care of you. They even allowed me to look under my car to see what I needed to see! There’s no better customer service other than being visibly shown what the issue was or lack thereof 10 out of 10 experience!!
